About the Role

At MHR, we're expanding our Account Management team and seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to drive growth from our large enterprise customers across the Private Sector.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our progressive organisation, where you'll be responsible for building relationships with customer leadership teams, positioning MHR's strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver joint vision roadmaps.

You'll have a proven track record in selling cloud software, particularly in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance, and be able to effectively communicate the business value of our solutions to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customer leadership teams and understand internal and external factors influencing their business
  • Position MHR's strategy to customer leadership teams
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to build joint vision roadmaps
  • Prospect, build pipeline, and sell MHR solutions
  • Engage with C-level prospects to position MHR's strategic value proposition and drive deals to closure
  • Document daily activity in Salesforce to track performance
  • Ensure all customers are referenceable
  • Visit customers every 90 days
  • Work with Customer Success to resolve escalations and ensure value is derived from investment in MHR
