Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

Role Purpose
Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be part of a global sales team working on SaaS and Quality markets.
We are seeking a driven individual with a hunter mentality to sell new business and upsell existing customers. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business to meet annual goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct self-driven research on our clients' challenges and changes to the industries in which we sell and partner.
- Drive net new business activities to grow Ideagen's revenue and customer base.
- Coordinate activities around customer needs that focus on upsell initiatives of new solutions, integrations, and customer support.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to define plans for lead and prospect generation.
- Understand target markets and how Ideagen products benefit these markets to meet compliance and quality needs.
- Ensure all communications and opportunity progression with leads and prospects are kept current in CRM (Salesforce).
- Travel when necessary to visit prospects and customer locations to develop/maintain relationships.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Enterprise Sales with a focus on new logos and existing customer growth.
- Proven experience using MEDDPICC Sales Qualifying Techniques and methodologies or comparable sales training.
- Strong drive and hunter mentality for driving net new revenue required.
