Position Overview:

Are you dedicated, energetic, and possess a person-centered approach to enhance the lives of older individuals requiring care and support? Do you have a passion for facilitating a high quality of life in extra care housing while promoting independence?

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic leader to manage the operational aspects and ensure the quality of one of our Extra Care services.

Service Details:
Our facility accommodates residents in self-contained apartments, currently serving around 35 individuals. Your role will involve delivering a person-centered and empowering service tailored to the needs of our clients.

Collaboration:
You will collaborate with housing providers and engage with the families and friends of service users to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Requirements:
- Flexibility, energy, and reliability in staff management and service delivery.
- Significant experience in health or social care management or practice.
- A warm, respectful, and person-centered approach.
- Knowledge of CQC quality standards and care regulations is essential.
- Relevant professional qualifications or a degree level qualification.
