Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Coburg Banks Technical. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality care services to meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure the effective management of our resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
- Nurture and mentor our dedicated staff team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Support business development and growth initiatives to expand our services and reach.
- Carry out risk assessments and collaborate with our compliance team, social workers, and care coordinators to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Field Care Supervisor in a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority regulations.
- Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, although we are willing to support candidates who wish to pursue this qualification.
