Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Coburg Banks Technical. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality care services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure the effective management of our resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
  • Nurture and mentor our dedicated staff team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Support business development and growth initiatives to ensure the continued success of our branch.
  • Carry out risk assessments and work closely with social workers, compliance teams, and care coordinators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Field Care Supervisor in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority requirements.
  • Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational skills.
  • A Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, although we are willing to support candidates who wish to pursue this qualification.
