Job Summary:
Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality person-centred care services.
- Ensure the effective management of the service and its resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Nurture and mentor a dedicated team of care professionals.
- Support business development and growth initiatives.
- Carry out risk assessments and collaborate with social workers, compliance teams, and care coordinators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority regulations.
- Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous, although support will be provided for those seeking to obtain this qualification.
