Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist to join our dedicated team in Southfields, London. As an Optometrist with Inspired Selections, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, utilizing OCT as a standard part of the examination process, and maintaining accurate computer-based records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including pre-screening when necessary, with 40-minute testing times.
  • Utilize OCT as a standard part of the examination process.
  • Perform examinations using a phoropter and maintain accurate computer-based records.
  • Assist with front-of-house duties during busy periods, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain a balance between clinical excellence and commercial awareness, contributing to the success of the practice.
  • Participate in the bonus scheme, where 10% of second-pair sales are shared monthly with front-of-house staff based on clinic participation.

Requirements:

  • Must be GOC registered and up to date with CET points.
  • Newly qualified Optometrists up to a maximum of 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical skills paired with an understanding of the commercial aspects of optometry.
  • Comfortable using a phoropter and managing computer-based patient records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach to patient care.
  • Flexibility to cover other locations within the group as needed.

Benefits:
