Karma Kitchens is a pioneering company focused on revolutionizing the commercial kitchen industry. Our mission is to provide the critical resources required for passionate food businesses to grow and succeed.
We work with a diverse range of business types, from small startup food brands to large multinationals across the entire food sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage with potential clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of well-diversified leads from various channels.
- Closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with our founder and HOS to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Tour potential customers around our kitchens and develop methods to convert them to residents.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to identify, build, and manage a pipeline of well-diversified leads from various channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with diverse business types.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and bring initiatives to the table.
- Highly self-motivated individual with creative problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a process-driven approach.
- Passionate about the food industry and working for a high-growth business.
