We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at PMR in a luxury building in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist in hotels or residential buildings, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work night shifts, 4 on 4 off, from 7pm to 7am
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process payments
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in hotels or residential buildings
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and hard-working
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
  • A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
