Our People-Centric Approach

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to enhance our Partner Marketing division, focusing on a critical strategic goal - elevating our Partner model. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Extensive experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably within a B2B or network marketing context. Proficiency in utilizing email and CMS platforms, along with a solid grasp of email marketing, dynamic content, segmentation, integration, and activation. A proactive self-starter with a strong focus on results, objectives, and priorities. Comfort in navigating uncertain situations. A data-driven mindset, utilizing insights to inform decisions. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive presentations and building rapport across diverse personality types. Adaptability and agility, capable of responding to changes while maintaining a focus on overarching goals. A collaborative team player, empathetic and skilled at fostering partnerships with various stakeholders. A commitment to professionalism and thoroughness, delivering comprehensive projects with a keen attention to detail.

Collaborative Environment

This position is part of our Partner Marketing team, comprised of passionate marketers dedicated to creating impactful and innovative campaigns for our Partner network.

At Utility Warehouse, our success is closely linked to the 65,000+ Partners nationwide who advocate for our services within their communities. You will report to the Marketing Lead and collaborate with a team of 10 professionals.

You will also engage with other departments, including Customer Marketing, Product Teams, Creative, and Partner Engagement, to develop integrated strategies and execute initiatives aligned with key objectives.

Your Impact

As a Marketing Manager within the Partner team, your primary focus will be on crafting and executing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive commercial growth in alignment with our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Comprehensive management of marketing campaigns, encompassing goal setting, target audience identification, strategy formulation, tactical execution, timeline management, budget oversight (when applicable), and success measurement. Ensuring all activities are precisely targeted, executed, and assessed, including cross-channel analysis and actionable insights for optimization. Continuous testing and experimentation to enhance performance. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to meet briefing timelines and guarantee timely delivery of high-quality campaigns, regularly presenting initiatives to engage and inform. Collaborating with the Planning and Propositions team to identify consumer trends and ensure all customer segments receive relevant messaging. Overseeing agency partnerships to ensure top-quality work and drive innovation in our market approach. Additional responsibilities include producing regular update reports, utilizing project management tools, and contributing to team meetings.
