We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Strategic Marketing Lead to enhance our Partner Marketing division and contribute to a vital strategic initiative - elevating our Partner model. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in a digital or growth marketing capacity, preferably within a B2B or network marketing environment. Proficiency in utilizing email and CMS platforms, with a solid understanding of email marketing, dynamic content, segmentation, integration, and activation. A proactive self-starter with a strong focus on results, objectives, and priorities. Ability to thrive in uncertain situations. A data-informed and insight-driven mindset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present ideas and gain support from diverse stakeholders. Adaptability and agility, maintaining focus on overarching goals while being responsive to immediate needs. A collaborative team player, skilled in building relationships with various stakeholders. A commitment to professionalism and thoroughness, delivering comprehensive projects with a keen attention to detail.

Collaborative Environment.

This role is part of our Partner Marketing division, comprising a team of passionate marketers dedicated to creating impactful and innovative marketing campaigns for our Partner network.

At Utility Warehouse, our achievements are closely linked to the 65,000+ Partners nationwide who advocate for our services within their communities. You will report to the Marketing Lead and collaborate with a team of 10 professionals.

You will also engage with other departments, including Customer Marketing, Product Teams, Creative, and Partner Engagement, to develop integrated strategies and execute initiatives aligned with key objectives.

Key Responsibilities.

As a Strategic Marketing Lead in the Partner division, your focus will be on crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving commercial growth in alignment with key business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Comprehensive management of marketing campaigns, including goal setting, target audience identification, strategy development, tactical execution, timeline management, budget oversight (if applicable), and success metrics. Ensuring all activities are effectively targeted, executed, and assessed, including cross-channel analysis and actionable insights for optimization. Engage in testing and experimentation to enhance performance continuously. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to meet briefing timelines and guarantee that campaigns are delivered punctually and to the highest standards, regularly presenting campaigns to engage, influence, and inform. Collaborating with the Planning and Propositions team to identify consumer patterns and trends, ensuring that all customer segments receive relevant content. Overseeing agency partnerships to maintain high-quality outputs and drive innovation and continuous improvement in the go-to-market strategy. Additional responsibilities include producing regular update reports, utilizing project management tools to oversee processes and briefings, and contributing to team or broader meetings.
