Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a Strategic Marketing Lead to become part of a prominent brand in the hospitality industry. With a portfolio of over 70 locations and a workforce exceeding 500, this position is situated in the London office.

This is a pivotal addition to the marketing team, as you will oversee all acquisition and retention strategies across both regional and international markets, including Events and Out-of-Home advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in comprehensive campaign management and extensive experience in integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Campaign Oversight - Direct customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Partnership Development - Maintain current partnerships while identifying new avenues for growth.
  • Customer Engagement Strategies - Spearhead campaigns aimed at enhancing customer experience, such as referral programs and re-engagement strategies.
  • Communication Strategy - Develop and implement a communication plan to enhance customer interaction.
  • Regional Marketing Management - Supervise local marketing efforts and coordinate events and OOH promotions.
  • Team Leadership - Oversee a Marketing Executive and collaborate with external vendors.
  • Financial Oversight - Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 7 years in integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience in Travel, Leisure, Entertainment, or Hospitality sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership marketing.
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and retention through collaborative channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in multi-site marketing is essential.
  • International marketing experience is a plus.
