Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Analysis – Utilize market insights, customer behaviors, and competitor data to deliver actionable recommendations that shape integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies. Customer Experience Mapping – Work alongside cross-functional teams to employ proprietary and external research to refine target personas, customer needs, and decision-making processes. Marketing Planning – Lead or contribute to identifying market opportunities for a business segment through a thorough understanding of business objectives, solution offerings, roadmaps, and pricing strategies. Campaign Execution - Drive the planning and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights, including management of messaging timelines, campaign budgets, and performance assessments post-campaign. Messaging & Positioning Development – With minimal oversight and demonstrating a strong grasp of the product/solution, create marketing campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that leverage business opportunities to achieve robust marketing results. Sales Support – Collaborate closely with Sales and key marketing partners to produce engaging sales materials and consistent trade show experiences that foster and advance sales pipeline opportunities. Thought Leadership – Maintain a comprehensive perspective, taking initiative to deliver project assignments within established timelines and budgets while effectively navigating beyond formal responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline 7+ years of experience in integrated, product, or channel marketing Proven success in developing marketing strategies and executing initiatives across multiple marketing teams. Familiarity with the insurance sector is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to utilize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing and product strategy decisions. Successful history of collaborating with Product Management and Sales across various seniority levels to achieve key business objectives.
