About the Role:

Sainsbury's is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Customer and Trading Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our small format supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including team performance and time management.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to ensure customer satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and other managers to plan and execute store operations.
  • Provide clear handovers to the next Manager at the end of each shift.
