We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd. As an Aftersales Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Greet all customers cheerfully and attend to their requirements promptly.
- Service Coordination: Obtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accurate description of work to be carried out.
- Sales and Invoicing: Sell products to customers, such as brake services, number plates, fuel treatments, service plans, replacement tyres, and MOTs. Prepare and present cash and account invoices.
- Workshop Liaison: Liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop.
- Communication: Inform customers of any delay in completion, maintain the Workshop loading system, and deal with customer queries and complaints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that information required for Warranty items is recorded on the Job Card and liaise with the Parts Department regarding parts on order for vehicles in the Workshop/Service customers/forthcoming bookings.
- Administrative Tasks: File Job Cards and other documentation.
- Motor Trade Experience: Must have motor trade experience.
- Communication Skills: You must be eloquent, professional, and presentable.
- Problem-Solving: Able to deal with challenging customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
- Leadership: Able to lead meetings and work across teams in a professional assertive manner to ensure Quality Scores improve and remain high.
