Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise a team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, including resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and leading a team to achieve high standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Catalan and additional languages highly valued.
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
