Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Elite Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operation, ensuring that our restaurant consistently operates to a five-star standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that high standards are consistently maintained.
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in a busy restaurant environment.
