Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee relations cases, including grievances, probations, and performance
  • Advising managers on best practice, policy, and procedures
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing high-volume ER cases

Requirements:

  • CIPD L3 (or equivalent)
  • Experience of managing a high volume of ER cases, including grievances and disciplinaries
  • Experience in the hospitality, retail, or leisure sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work 5 days a week in the office
