Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Manage phone calls and emails, facilitate reservations, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Support administrative functions, including billing, documentation, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
