We are seeking Culinary Service Associates to join our establishment. In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the National Trust's mission while contributing to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Working Hours: This is a flexible 0-hour role. The position is hourly paid and fixed-term. While we strive to provide a consistent working schedule, flexibility is essential as adjustments may be necessary to meet business needs. We will provide as much notice as possible for any changes. The role will include weekends, public holidays, and peak holiday periods, but there will be no evening or split shifts.
Compensation: £11.50 per hour.
Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract until a specified date.

Work Environment
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be part of a vibrant team within a historic estate featuring a magnificent 17th-century mansion, parkland, gardens, and a rare breed farm. Additionally, the estate includes a gift shop, a second-hand bookshop, and a café offering light lunches, homemade cakes, and specials, utilizing produce from the kitchen garden.Responsibilities
As a Team Member, your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with guests. You will warmly welcome and assist everyone who visits the café. With your passion for customer service, positive attitude, and commitment to providing an outstanding experience, you will ensure that all guests enjoy their time with us. This is a dynamic environment that requires teamwork and adaptability. You will be eager to understand guest needs, offer assistance, and make recommendations. Maintaining high standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation is essential. Your keen attention to detail will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and visually appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation. We will provide you with a comprehensive induction tailored to the role, along with training in allergens and food safety, and any necessary mentoring to support you in your position.
