Dental Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinics.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a National Certificate for Dental Nurses or NVQ Level 3 in Oral Healthcare and be registered with the General Dental Council. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative. Experience in working with patients with special needs, children, and the elderly is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the provision of dental care for children with high levels of dental disease and children and adults with additional needs.
- Work in a multi-surgery clinic, having support from other colleagues.
- Provide care in domiciliary settings.
- Assist in the provision of care for patients under inhalation sedation.
- Assist on general anaesthetic sessions.
