Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at First Quality Foods. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a selection of existing accounts, primarily in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts, developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer database and records using our CRM system.
- On-board and integrate new accounts, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
- Liaise with our operations team to ensure customer accounts are operated satisfactorily.
- Work with our in-house marketing team to execute customer promotions and sales/marketing support.
- Deal with customer complaints and provide support to the Key Accounts Manager.
- Perform other commercial duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Skilled Account Manager with a good level of sales or marketing experience.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel/PowerPoint, as well as comfortable using CRM and project management software.
- Ability to generate and present sales/marketing reports.
- Interest in food and the food industry, as well as all things commercial within the food business.
- Own transport/driving licence.
