Administrative Coordinator II

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative assistance for our operations, reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate meetings across various teams and external partners, accommodating different time zones.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and team activities, including documenting meeting minutes.
- Support on-site events and manage catering arrangements.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including bookings and expense tracking.
- Provide support to team members with daily responsibilities as directed by the Senior Engineering Director.
- Ensure the maintenance and distribution of an updated contact list on a monthly basis.
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles supporting various teams.
