We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative assistance for our operations, reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate meetings across various teams and external partners, accommodating different time zones.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and team activities, including documenting meeting minutes.
  • Support on-site events and manage catering arrangements.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including bookings and expense tracking.
  • Provide support to team members with daily responsibilities as directed by the Senior Engineering Director.
  • Ensure the maintenance and distribution of an updated contact list on a monthly basis.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative tasks as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles supporting various teams.
