Logistics Coordinator II

As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your prior experience in inventory management to oversee the movement, identification, retrieval, and counting of stock across various locations. You will also execute all necessary software operations to maintain precise inventory and material workflows. Additionally, you will address material requests from production teams and other personnel.

Your role will be situated in a dynamic and high-energy manufacturing setting, where you will need to adhere to safety protocols due to the presence of high voltage and current conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the physical and administrative duties related to the storage and distribution of materials, components, supplies, and equipment. This may involve operating a company vehicle for material transport. Assess, stock, and prepare materials for assembly lines and inventory. Assemble kitting packages for production, service repairs, and sales orders. Conduct daily inventory counts, record findings as necessary, and assist in resolving any discrepancies. Safeguard the security and accountability of materials and goods through effective inventory control. Communicate relevant issues to Planners, Buyers, and other stakeholders. Address requests and inquiries promptly and professionally. Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to adapt quickly and professionally to changing demands. Proficient in accurate counting and inventory maintenance. Computer skills: capacity to learn new software systems. Team-oriented with a focus on meeting internal customer requirements. Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) practices.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in inventory management. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel is advantageous. Experience in transporting materials via vehicle is preferred, with a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy.
