**Job Summary**

Advanced Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Coordinating meetings and events, both internally and externally, across different time zones.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • 2-3 years of general administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
