Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Advisor to join our expanding team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and cultivating existing business relationships, as well as prospecting new customers to drive sales forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the area sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of profit/loss, turnover, and margin, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a sales role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Knowledge of sales software and systems, such as CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
