Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR processes, including payroll, employee relations, time & attendance, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update the HR Information System (Dayforce) and related records with attendance and payroll details, including starters, leavers, absence, maternity leave, and other contractual changes.
  • Support with payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with HR records, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Produce reports to enable managers to make informed business decisions, providing data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Organize and support forums and on-site activities, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, ensuring seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.
Requirements
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, with experience in updating and maintaining employee records.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience and empathy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
