Role Responsibilities

Here’s what you can expect in this role:

As a Senior Resourcing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Resourcing and People Transactions team within the broader HR and Organizational Development division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies and timelines in collaboration with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilizing your strong communication skills to provide advice, guidance, and support to Managers, ensuring adherence to best recruitment practices while offering insights on local contexts.
  • Engaging with candidates to ensure their recruitment experience is timely, inclusive, and equitable, reflecting our organizational values and policies.
  • Maintaining recruitment databases to ensure accurate data is available for continuous improvement of our service standards.
  • Collaborating closely with operational HR colleagues to share insights and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Working alongside Resourcing colleagues to identify innovative solutions and participate in special projects aimed at enhancing our service delivery to Managers, candidates, and the wider organization.
