About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join our Client Services division at Ebury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our enterprise-level corporate clients, providing daily support and trading assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key mass payment accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor market rates and external economic factors, analyzing payment data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively grow revenue by identifying commercial opportunities and establishing strong working relationships with client key stakeholders and internal commercial counterparts.
  • Drive operational and service improvements, mediating between clients and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in account management or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel, and Google suite is advantageous.
