The Role

We're seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to join our team and drive our marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives results
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of marketing professionals and provide strategic guidance and support
  • Manage multi-million-pound budgets and develop models for investment and measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and data analytics, to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform our marketing strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance and data-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including paid search, affiliate marketing, paid social, and programmatic display
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and developing models for investment and measurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
