Operational Resilience Specialist

Allianz, a global insurance company, is seeking a skilled professional to refine and implement an Operational Resilience framework and related policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an Operational Resilience framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with agreed risk appetites.
- Design and implement resilience controls and metrics to assess vulnerability of critical assets.
- Facilitate workshops to define and refine severe but plausible testing scenarios.
- Develop and maintain IBS-level views of risks and threats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Experience in planning and facilitating workshops, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in governance, risk, or business continuity, with knowledge of resilience frameworks.
