We are currently working with Edenbrook to recruit a Head of Operational Resilience Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, refining and implementing an Operational Resilience framework and related policies, with day-to-day oversight of the execution of the Operational Resilience framework, including key senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the effective development and consistent implementation of the Operational Resilience Strategy, Framework, and Policy.
- Developing, facilitating and executing a plan to ensure that stakeholders in the 1st line or in support functions are sufficiently engaged.
- Working with the Head of Business Continuity to ensure alignment of Operational Resilience with business continuity policy, framework and plans.
- Experience of meeting regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Operational Resilience frameworks.
