About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Operational Resilience and Asset Management function at Allianz (UK) Limited. As Head of Operational Resilience and Asset Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Operational Resilience Strategy, Framework, and Policy, ensuring alignment with UK regulatory and Group requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Framework Development
- Develop and implement the Operational Resilience Strategy, Framework, and Policy, ensuring alignment with UK regulatory and Group requirements.
- Define and refine key Operational Resilience processes, methodologies, and approaches, including identification and mapping of Interconnected Business Services (IBS), impact tolerances, scenario testing, and resilience assessments.
- Develop and execute a plan to engage stakeholders in the 1st line and support functions with operational resilience.
- Facilitate the definition and refinement of an IBS-level view of risks and threats, to be used as a basis for the development of severe but plausible testing scenarios.
- Review and refine the resilience controls/metrics used to assess vulnerability of mapped assets.
- Oversee the execution of vulnerability remediation, ensuring compliance with agreed risk appetites.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience.
- Develop and maintain a risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Operational Resilience initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and regulatory bodies.
