Resilience Framework Manager

We are currently working with Edenbrook to recruit a Head of Operational Resilience Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, refining and implementing an Operational Resilience framework and related policies, with day-to-day oversight of the execution of the Operational Resilience framework, including key senior stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Leading the effective development and consistent implementation of the Operational Resilience Strategy, Framework, and Policy.
  • Defining and refining key Operational Resilience processes, methodologies, and approaches.
  • Ensuring overall consistency and approach across the Operational Resilience function by establishing standardized processes.
  • Designing, refining, and agreeing on the design and governance structure for Operational Resilience, maintaining the Target Operating Model.
  • Developing, facilitating, and executing a plan to ensure that stakeholders in the 1st line or in support functions are sufficiently engaged.
  • Working with the Head of Business Continuity to ensure alignment of Operational Resilience with business continuity policy, framework, and plans.
  • Facilitating the development of a resilience culture, ensuring the Operational Resilience mindset is embedded within the organization's culture.
  • Overseeing key Operational Resilience communications both internally to governance committees and engaging with external parties.

The ideal candidate should have, but not limited to:

  • Experience of implementing and maturing an organization's Operational Resilience.
  • Experience of meeting regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience.
  • Previous exposure to developing, implementing, and leading others on a strategic vision.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Insurance experience.
