Job Description

Edenbrook is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Operational Resilience Framework. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our Operational Resilience framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Resilience Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of an Operational Resilience strategy that aligns with Edenbrook's business objectives.
  • Define and Refine Operational Resilience Processes: Define and refine key Operational Resilience processes, methodologies, and approaches to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Establish Standardized Processes: Establish standardized processes to ensure overall consistency and approach across the Operational Resilience function.
  • Design and Refine Governance Structure: Design, refine, and agree on the governance structure for Operational Resilience, including the Target Operating Model.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Develop and execute a plan to ensure that stakeholders in the 1st line or in support functions are sufficiently engaged.
  • Align with Business Continuity: Work with the Head of Business Continuity to ensure alignment of Operational Resilience with business continuity policy, framework, and plans.
  • Foster Resilience Culture: Facilitate the development of a resilience culture, ensuring the Operational Resilience mindset is embedded within the organization's culture.
  • Communicate Operational Resilience: Oversee key Operational Resilience communications both internally to governance committees and externally.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience of implementing and maturing an organization's Operational Resilience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Experience of meeting regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience.
  • Strategic Vision: Previous exposure to developing, implementing, and leading others on a strategic vision.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Insurance Experience: Insurance experience is highly desirable.
