Your Responsibilities

As an Educational Program Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Studies (DOS) to ensure the effective administration of our academic offerings. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including:

  • Overseeing the efficient administration of all educational programs
  • Ensuring students receive exemplary customer service within the Academic department
  • Supporting the Academic and teaching teams to facilitate the smooth operation of the department
  • Assisting the DOS with class scheduling, ensuring appropriate class assignments based on individual needs, budget considerations, visa types, and additional courses
  • Finalizing accurate timetables for students and instructors in a timely manner
  • Conducting regular evaluations of teacher administration and providing constructive feedback
  • Covering for instructor absences as needed
  • Participating in emergency phone duty on a rotating basis
  • Addressing student inquiries, issues, and complaints as necessary
  • Assisting with monitoring attendance and issuing attendance documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified EFL instructor (CELTA or equivalent)
  • Strong focus on customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and varied environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and people skills
  • Capable of managing challenging situations with composure and positivity
  • All offers are contingent upon a clear DBS check and two references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Proficient in English at a C2 level
