International Education Programme Coordinator (30 hours per week)

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the International Education team at the University of Brighton, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our incoming international students.

The International Education Office offers a tailored programme for students who wish to study abroad at the University of Brighton. Reporting to the International Education Office Manager, this position encompasses a comprehensive service from application to departure for international students, as well as support for the international education team.

The individual in this role will oversee various aspects of the programme throughout the university, including ensuring compliance with visa regulations, evaluating international qualifications, managing financial records, organizing timetables, and supervising students during occasional off-site excursions.

This position is part of the broader International Team at the University of Brighton, which fosters a collaborative environment for sharing insights and resources across the realms of International Education and Recruitment/Marketing. Despite the growth of the International Team in recent years, we maintain a close-knit, welcoming, and mutually supportive atmosphere, striving to work efficiently towards the university's internationalization goals.

We seek a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively across cultural boundaries. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple demands while providing support to fellow team members.
