About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our Residential Provision team as a Residence Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of our students and ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Residential Provision team in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of student accommodation, including communal areas and individual bedrooms.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the provision of a high-quality service to students.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance the student experience.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting students and has a flexible approach to work. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a cleaning or customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential.
