About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Brockworth House, a homely and supportive environment for older people.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a comfortable, safe, and hygienic environment for residents and staff. Your respect for older people and willingness to undertake training are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support residents with their medication and mobility needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of care and compassion.
