About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our young client with complex health needs in her own home and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our client, including medication management and moving and handling
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting our client to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
