Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Brockworth House, a homely environment providing nursing dementia care for 52 residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents, providing a high level of care and support to enable them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with meal times, including serving and feeding residents
- Support residents with their daily activities, such as mobility and transfers
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
