Junior IT Support Analyst

Dedicated to promoting environmental responsibility and at the forefront of the packaging sector, Atrium Recruitment Ltd is currently in search of a Junior IT Support Analyst.

This position has been established in response to the company's ongoing expansion, and you will be part of a close-knit and committed team of three, reporting directly to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior IT Support Analyst

  • Deliver expert assistance across a diverse array of hardware and software challenges.
  • Support, design, maintain, and enhance intricate software solutions utilizing various technologies.
  • Set up and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Oversee and sustain computer systems, telecommunication systems, and networks.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors (both software and hardware) to ensure the specific requirements of the business are fulfilled.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with hardware and networks.
  • Possess a solid understanding of C# .net and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Python and Django is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including testing protocols, coding standards, and version control.
Additional Requirements
  • Full Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship is not available).
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Specific funded qualifications and development training.
  • Approximately 32 days of Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays).
