Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing and digitizing Supplier invoices and statements
  • Providing assistance with Customer inquiries and requests
  • Reconciling and archiving Customer payments
Accounts Receivable Assistance
  • Inputting costs associated with projects
  • Supporting the generation and distribution of invoices to clients
  • Issuing statements to clients upon their request
Document Management
  • Overseeing the electronic filing system
  • Archiving completed project documentation
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with various tasks as needed
Required Skills
  • Background in customer service or administrative support
  • Familiarity with finance or logistics is advantageous
  • Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software
  • Collaborative team member with a keen eye for detail
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
