About the Financial Operations Specialist Role

We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to become a part of our team. In this role, you will oversee various routine activities related to financial operations on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing corporate payments within established timelines and in accordance with vendor agreements
  • Managing urgent manual payments as required by the business
  • Reconciling daily corporate banking transactions
  • Ensuring adherence to process controls for regulatory compliance
  • Documenting vendor invoices and processing employee reimbursements
  • Evaluating corporate credit card expenditures
  • Facilitating payment approvals in collaboration with budget managers
  • Supporting financial reporting and VAT filings
  • Conducting general administrative tasks and maintaining records

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to manage workload effectively and perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and accounts payable procedures
