Lead Product Design for a Chat-Based Financial Coach

Cleo AI is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Design Manager to lead our Plus and Builder product design teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual language and user experience of Cleo's chat-based financial coaching platform. You will work closely with product and engineering leaders to translate company vision into impactful product strategies and roadmaps.

Design Strategy & Execution:

  • Establish and maintain design processes and best practices that ensure efficient and scalable design solutions across all squads and pillars.
  • Create a compelling design strategy for Plus and Builder, positioning Cleo as the leading chat-based financial coach that delivers long-term value to users.
  • Champion a culture of excellence in design, fostering a collaborative environment where designers can thrive and contribute their best work.

Product Impact:

  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align company strategy with the Plus and Builder product roadmaps.
  • Drive the design process from conception to launch, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of every decision.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design iterations and continuously improve the user experience.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented designers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
