Your Role: Junior Proposition Design Manager
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Proposition Design Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our financial products by designing innovative and impactful propositions that meet the evolving needs of our users.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Leverage your findings to inform the development of compelling and relevant financial service propositions.
- Business Case Development: Create comprehensive business cases that articulate the value proposition, target audience, revenue model, and potential impact of new financial services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams including product development, engineering, legal, and compliance to ensure that propositions are viable, compliant, and aligned with our overall strategic objectives.
- Design Thinking & Workshops: Lead engaging design thinking workshops and stakeholder presentations to foster collaboration, generate innovative ideas, and refine proposition concepts.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Support the entire product lifecycle from defining initial visions to achieving product-market fit. Contribute to the development of roadmaps, user stories, and other documentation to guide the implementation process.
Requirements:
- Four to six years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful financial service propositions.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and Proposition Design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
