About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Proposition Design Manager to join our FinTech business unit in London. As a key member of the Propositions team, you will play a crucial role in developing new financial services propositions across Travellers and Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Proposition Design Managers in developing new financial services propositions
  • Conduct user, product, and market research to inform proposition exploration and definition processes
  • Validate and refine value propositions through end-user testing, including co-creation with customers
  • Support the creation of business cases for new value propositions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure propositions are desirable to customers, commercially viable, technically feasible, and regulatory compliant
Requirements
  • Four to six years of relevant experience in designing new financial services propositions
  • Experience using Design Thinking and other Proposition Design methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare and run workshops
  • Ability to manage own tasks on multiple concurrent projects and manage associated prioritization
