Financial Services Proposition Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Proposition Design Manager to join our FinTech business unit in London. As a key member of the Propositions team, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and designing new financial services propositions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of new financial services propositions across Travellers and Partners
- Conduct user, product, and market research to inform proposition exploration and definition processes
- Validate and refine value propositions through end-user testing and co-creation with customers
- Support the creation of business cases for new value propositions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure propositions are desirable, commercially viable, technically feasible, and regulatory compliant
- Four to six years of relevant experience in designing new financial services propositions
- Experience using Design Thinking and other Proposition Design methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare and run workshops
- Ability to manage own tasks on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
