Job Summary

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will represent Coach to the consumer, act as an ambassador of the brand, and ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand how individual productivity impacts the store's overall performance;
  • Behave like a brand ambassador, embodying the Coach values and aesthetic;
  • Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs, driving sales and revenue growth;
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers;
  • Consistently achieve sales goals, meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Participate as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards;

Requirements

  • Very good English proficiency is essential for effective communication with customers and staff;
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment is required, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service;
  • Background in working in luxury retail is desirable, with knowledge of high-end products and services;
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, and navigate the sales floor with ease.
