About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our Selfridges London concession store. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role that requires a positive and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly in-store experience for clients.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our luxury products and provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  • Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a high standard of shop floor and display merchandise.
  • Be proactive in approaching customers and building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the JOSEPH luxury brand image and values.
Requirements
  • Strong people skills, including excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
